    Payments or Cancellations

    FNOA accepts cash, check and credit cards.   All payments should be made payable to Florida Narcotic Investigators Association and remitted to FNOA at P.O. Box 76109, Tampa, FL 33675. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to lcroissant@fnoa.org or fnoa@fnoa.org by July 22, 2023 to receive a full refund.  All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.  Refunds after this date will be determined on a case-by-case basis.  Substitutions may be made at any time.  In the event of a substitution, please email lcroissant@fnoa.org.  Please include the registrants name you are canceling and the new registrants full name and agency email address, as well as meal preference for the banquet.

    The 2023 30th Annual Training Conference will be held at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa lcated at 4000 S. Sandestin Blvd., Miramar Beach, FL 32550.  A room rate of  $149.00 per night (single or double occupancy)  has been secured during the conference and is offered for two days both pre and post conference.  This rate is guaranteed through July 22, 2023.

     The exhibit hall will be secured immediately after closing hours to protect the merchandise

    Break Down Schedule

    You may break down at any time on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 after 7:00 pm, however if you prefer you may stay until after our reception that is held on Thursday, August 24, 2023 from 6:00 - 6:30pm, as this is the time that many dignitaries from the various agencies are present for the Awards Ceremony.  The attendees will be present for classes on Thursday, August 24, 2023 from 8:00 – 5:00 pm, but will enjoying lunch on their own. 


    Please advise upon registration if this is you wish to stay through Thursday and if you will be attending the Awards Ceremony/Banquet as well.  We will need your food preferences if you plan on remaining for the banquet, so that we can advise the hotel of same.  Depending on the number of vendors remaining, we may have to condense the exhibit area during this reception.  Break Down will need to be completed no later than 10:00 pm on Thursday, August 23, 2023.

    Exhibit Space Specifications

    All space is allocated on first come, first serve basis.  Adequate space will be allocated for the exhibit, approximately 8’ x 10’ space, which is limited to:  (1) 6’ Table and (2) chairs and trash container.  No construction will be allowed on the sides of any booth, which would obstruct the view of adjacent booths.  All decorative materials must be flame-proofed.  No signs will be affixed by any means to the walls, doors or any other surface in the exhibit area or conference facility.

    Gold Level - $3,000 Plus

    Includes an 8’ x 10’ booth in the Exhibit Hall, and full page advertisement in the meeting program.  Recognition as Gold Sponsor on the FNOA website.  Company supplied banner prominently displayed and special recognition displayed at designated event of sponsor’s choice.


    Silver Level - $1,500 - $2,999

    Includes an 8’ x 10’ booth in the Exhibit Hall and half page advertisement in the meeting program.  Recognition as Silver Sponsor on the FNOA website. Company supplied banner prominently displayed during sponsored event.


    Bronze Sponsor - $1000 - $1,499

    Includes an 8’ x 10’ booth in the Exhibit Hall and a quarter page advertisement in the meeting program.  Recognition as a Bronze Sponsor on the FNOA website.  Company supplied banner prominently displayed at conference.
